The Company is also backed by the specialization of its promoters in the areas of marketing and sales, finance, law, management, human resource selection which is the reason for the company’s strong foundation.
Our promoters have been part of various real estate projects across Mumbai & Thane with an estimated built-up area of 2 million Sq.ft. while over 1 million Sq.ft. the land is currently in the development phase. We also handle slum rehabilitation projects under a Government scheme administered by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), offering development rights in exchange for clearing and redeveloping slum lands, while providing replacement housing for the displaced slum dwellers.
